• Yea it is. I bought it and it works on my 22 ultra. So i don't see why it wouldn't work on a 23

• I think all Spens are interchangable. I know the Galaxybook Pro, S24U, Note 20, & Note 4 Spens are compatible. As far as fitting into the slot, I don't know it the dimensions work, but it will definitely detect the pen. If you want piece of mind, go to a store and use the S24U's demo Spen on your phone.
