“Hello, I currently have a Motorola phone I purchased at Best Buy which is damaged. Will I be able to transfer the SIM and data from the Motorola to the Samsung without losing any data? Thank you, Katid”

• Insert the SIM into the Samsung then power up for initial set up, and it will transfer whatever is on the SIM card. As for the Motorola, if it still turns on you will need to transfer the data using Samsung's Smart Switch, which is an easy-to-follow step by step set up.
