Q: QuestionMine was pre-ordered on the 5th and to date we have still not received the item. Titanium s25 ultra 1 Terabyte Unlocked Just crazy, as this was paid for on the 5th.

• A:Answer Thank you for the response. It was purchased through Best Buy. We have had multiple chat threads, as well as Best Buy support calls. We made a visit last week to the store and was told it would arrive yesterday, but again nothing. Again, like you said earlier, very dissappointing.
