• A:Answer Good luck with getting a strait answer from anyone on this. International functions are nearly unknown in USA. Samsung needs more training of phone and instore support for retailers. And the new echip whereby the chip is electronically connected even if you own the phone somehow they tie you in. I use a duo chip phone because of international business travel. First I was told this is not a duo chip phone. It is. The phone works in the Caribbean. My Note 10plus always worked when abroad in Columbia but I haven't traveled to Argentina and I am not familiar with the bands and networks in that country.
