No rubber flap over charging port. The case js cut out for the stylus pen and charging port.

The case is not magnetic that I have experienced in my previous 4 months to speak too. The rubber flap is supremely tucked away within the back of the case so it's hidden until you extend it for usage. I LOVE how they designed the case and how discrete it is. The rubber portion is only on the back of the pgone case but doesn't extend under the case. As you will see via the picture, the bottom of the case is open which I also love as well. Free access to my S-Pen. Lol
