• You may be able to use an international SIM from Verizon, or you'll need to purchase the international variant of the S6. They utilize different cellular bands / technology.

• you can order parts online if you are comfortable fixing it yourself or send it back to samsung for repair. it should still be under warranty unless you physically broke it.
