• For me, they sent an email when to pick it up. They normally hold the pre-order for 72 hours from email receipt. Once that expires, the pre-order goes to the next available person.

• Well i guess we are at an impasse . . .why don't you call Best Buy directly? Pre-orders have already begun to arrive

• Hiya, if you pre-ordered it you should have received it or got a notice from your retailer or carrier. If you just ordered it online it should be shipping to you, or if you asked to pick it up in store it should have given you options to choose :)
