• I have not had an issue. I did download powerclean and it seems to work well.

• You can save a lot of your stuff to cloud. I upgraded because of s4 and it's update. I was told to get a card and save almost everything to it. I was do an upgrade. So I went for the up grade. What I don't like is no cases for the phone.
