The model is SM-G925V in the About Phone settings screen.

The Model number is located on the back side about 3/4 of the way down in very light print. Look closely with a bright light.

Thanks, LOWFLYER777 . Unfortunately, those don't correspond with any model number listed on the Samsung website. Hopefully, they will be able to answer my questions without the model number.
