I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. I do not believe the phone can be purchased unlocked, it must be purchased for use with a specific phone service carrier. I love my Samsung Galaxy 6 and highly recommend it if you are looking to get an android phone. If you can get from Best Buy I recommend that also.

This Phone will work in Brazil by Roaming on the Local Cell Network of Towers, but it has to be registered with and assigned a U.S. phone number by Sprint: https://www.sprint.com. I hope this helps.
