It's exactly the same as walking into a Sprint store and upgrading your phone. Best Buy works with them, so it acts the same. They activate the new phone after looking up your Sprint account and transfer it to your phone number. You have the same options you would at a Sprint store: buy, upgrade or lease the phone. If you want to make monthly payments you sure can, but Best Buy offers some killer deals this month on phones for new contracts or renewals. I just got an S6 for $1 out the door (bought, not leased) for my 2-year upgrade with Sprint (I was also an existing customer). For transferring data, Samsung Smart Switch from the Play Store is your friend. Download it to your old phone and the folks at Best Buy will start it on your new phone. you click through and select what you want to transfer (photos, videos, ringtones, music, etc) and it takes care of the rest. It even preserved my WiFi settings and password.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You take your phone to the Best Buy store in the mobile phones section and tell them you want to upgrade/trade in/ purchase the Samsung S6 phone. They will then look for your information through the Sprint network and go from there. I advise going to Best Buy instead of the Sprint store because Best Buy usually offers way better deals on phones and usually has a Best Buy gift card offer. They also take a lot of time explaining the step by step procedure and make it very simple for you. You do keep the same # and all your information from your current phone is transferred to your new phone free of charge, i.e. contacts, text messages, downloads, etc. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The process is the same as all upgrades. It's quick if you don't have alot of videos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Obtaining an S6 depends on your contract. If you have more than 2 yrs on contract you are eligable for upgrade. If not, there are options that are available from sprint where you give a down payment then make monthly payments. I recommend waiting for upgrade, cheaper that route. You will be able to transfer phone number to S6. Go to srint or best buy website to find out if you are eligible for upgrade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have a two year contract you can add up to 5 phones on that plan without making monthly payments, one added you can swap the lines yourself or call your carrier.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is an app called smart switch that will allow you to transfer content from an old galaxy device to the new one. It just takes some time to complete depending upon the amount of content from the previous device. Some phone carriers offer lease options with new phone devices. You just need to be upgrade eligible. Hope this helps.
