I eligible for a upgrade, but don't know how this will affect my contract I am concern about what will happen if I choose a device from here. I don't know what a upgrade means and what could happen to my account;

Best Buy works with many major carriers, it won't change anything. I just upgraded (Sprint) and went to Best Buy for my new phone. If you're eligible for an upgrade, you get the 'with 2-year contract' price (for Black Friday it's cheap...like $1 for awesome phones!). It's exactly the same as going in to your carrier's store and upgrading your phone. Just make sure that Best Buy works with your carrier and you'll be fine. I believe they work with Verizon, Sprint, AT&t and T-Mobile.

If you're eligible for an upgrade then it won't affect your account. If you do the 2 year plan it only costs $1 and $30 fee to your account. If you choose the pay as you go or any of those other offers it will increase your monthly bill. This is the current deal from Best Buy for a Sprint customer.

IF you're eligible to upgrade, buying it from Best Buy or your service provider shouldn't matter. I've been buying phones for the last couple of years either from Best Buy or from Sprint depending on which one gave me the better price--particularly since I'm a Reward Zone member and can get even more off the phone depending on how much I've gotten saved up from past purchases.

If you have a two year contract, and you have fulfill the terms and are now eligible for an upgrade then you can resign a new two year contract, and get the phone for free. You may also decide to lease the phone and pay a monthly free, which gives you the option to get a new phone after one year.

An upgrade usually means that you are renewing your contract with your carrier. This is usually another 2 years if eligible.

I've upgraded the past 2 times at Best Buy (my iphone 5 and 6 plus). Verizon charges a $40 upgrade fee to your bill but other than that, nothing is different between here and there. I upgraded when Best Buy gave me a gift card for my 5 so I paid about $20 (sales tax) at Best Buy and the $40 on my Verizon bill total for my upgrade.
