• Right! Lol. I have Sprint as well and I'm feeling your pain. There are places that will replace the battery for far less than Sprint's deductible if you have phone insurance. It's just a matter of shopping around. Good luck.

• it is not removable, as easy as it use to be with other android phones. there is a way to open it, but it is harder.
