That is probably your smart phone useage surcharge. Everyone has to pay it as an upgrade from a non-smart phone.

Some older sprint plans gave unlimited data but once 4G came out it was added as a "4g" charge. Some carriers have a "Plan" that is unlimited data but require a line access fee per line. There is also different prices when you are on a 2 year plan already vs out of contract pricing. It could also just be a notice of what the line is already costing you and there is no change There are other reasons for the pricing but again without seeing the bill/plan it is hard to say
