“Went into the store to get the phone for 49.99 upgrade...i was about 2 get the phone and they said i would have to pay 25 dollars a month. Why if i hve the upgrade would i end up having to pay 650 for the phone?”

49.99 is just for the taxes. The 25 a month is the difference you pay a month between your last bill and your new bill. In other words 25 is what you are actually paying for the phone each month. The rest is your monthly bill. I hope this helps.
