• I brought the phone to Argentina and had no problem at all (even using LTE network), either using a local o american SIM card.

• Sure can Cris. The device is equipped with a removable SIM card. Prior to your trip, and to ensure continuity, purchase a GSM SIM card that works in the Phillippines. This minimizes disruptions in service. Also be certain your destination offers GSM service.
