A:AnswerIt says right in the description, "This device is not warrantied through the manufacturer. This device has a limited 1 year warranty provided by CCR Warranty. To obtain technical or warranty assistance, please contact CCR Warranty at 866-579-8436." So, it does come with a 1-year warranty, but I'm not sure why the other answer to this question here suggests that it has a manufacturer's warranty, when it clearly states it does not.
A:AnswerI actually went to the Samsung site from Iwireless and it says that it is a multi-use phone. You can use the 2nd slot for either a memory card or another sim card. So that's great flexibility, especially for me as I'm an immigrant that needs a GSM phone to enable me to use another country sim card.
Plus the Galaxy 7 comes unlocked!

A:AnswerNO NO NO
I bought this phone (obviously unlocked) thinking it was a dual chip version. When I opened the box didn´t say anywhere that I could place 2 sim Cards. I went back to the store. They said it was a mistake in the description and offered return the item and refund me.
Since the dual sim card version was avalilable in some street stores (in MIami), I got in touch with Samsung US. They told me the dual sim version of S7 was not released in the US, and will not be. That version was released mainly for Europe , so they couldn´t confirm it would work fine with some american bands, specially the LTE networks.
Last year I bought a S5 mini in Europe and couldn´t make it work with the Argentinian LTE network.
A guy Phill, the manager of the Miami Beach BEst Buy Store, promised he would report the incidente, so the description is corrected.
