• It got US Samsung one year warranty on this phone and got it activated in T mobile and working very well for me.

• Yes this phone works with both AT& T and T mobile for sure as I used it in both networks. But need to check k with Verizon and Sprint. The phone specification says it is compatible to all US carriers.
