“Can you lock the ringtone control on a high / loud position..For some reason my Active 6 can't and the ring volume slides back to very low and I miss calls..I was told you can lock this in I phones and hope this feature is on the Samsung Galaxy 7Active.”

My ringtone volume never changes and I have it set all the way up or I don't hear it. Unless something accidentally presses the volume buttons on the side the volume stays up. Do you have the phone in a case? That might be pressing the volume buttons.
