• A:Answer You can purchase this phone without a plan, but it will be locked to the AT&T network. You would have to contact AT&T to get it unlocked.

• A:Answer Tap build no. 3times in (about phone) Now your a developer From there you can play around specifically with your colors ,lines, everything that controls to screen. - my guess is you or someone played around with the developer option. Just make sure everything is set to off with the updating,the pointer, animation set to 1x,etc.

• A:Answer Most Bestbuy stores have a mobile center that will be able to add phones to your AT&T(or other carriers) account. You can purchase via payment plan that way. You can purchase the phone straight out and do the same or add at an AT&T.

• A:Answer No you can't sorry for the bad news, the band that at&t uses is diferent from the one in verizon so there are phones made for verizon only that woks also in sprint and phones made only for at&t that also works with t-mobile.
