Ya...but you still need to figure out what company it's coming from....AT&T or Verizon. 
-phone can be OEM unlocked in developer options 
Press on build # (3times..then a few more)...

yes, but you either use on ATT or Cricket or contact ATT and hope a good CSR will understand you paid full price and email you unlock code

If you buy a GSM S7 from Best Buy it will be locked to ATT. Best Buy doesn't offer an unlocked S7 at this time.
