Yes, I had same issue before Christmas & after numerous transfers on the phone with rude reps telling me there was no such deal, I finally reached a rep that immediately emailed me gift card. Unfortunately you will have to call, hopefully you have better luck then I did! Good luck

However, I got mine in the store so I would contact best buy customer service to honor this. I thought I read online you get an e-card so make sure it's not sent to your email. Hope that helps.
