Short answer is No. This phone is branded for Total Wireless Pre-Paid (a subsidiary of Tracfone) and uses Verizon's CDMA Network. The same phone branded as Straight Talk Pre-Paid may work for you as it is also a subsidiary of Tracfone, but uses the AT&T GSM network. The next question to ask would be if Straight Talk would "Unlock" a brand new device. If you are buying it brand new/never used I doubt they would unlock it as I think they would want it on their own service (usually) for a minimum of 1-2 years. But if you found one "refurbished" or used that has already been on their service they should unlock it.
