Q: QuestionThis s7 edge is on sale for monthly payments, but says it's for AT&T. How does this work? Does the phone come locked to AT&T only? Would I have to bring it to AT&T to get a plan on it? Or can i just put it on any carrier, say StraightTalk for example?

• A:Answer If it says for AT&T, then you can only activate it at AT&T. Your monthly payment for phone is added to your monthly talk and data bill. You cannot take it to any carrier. Something to do with Him card, I believe

• A:Answer No, as long as you have an At&T nano sim card you can simply insert it into the phone and you will have active service on the new device. You must call At&T afterwards to register the new device's IMEI with them so that way you get the proper updates OTA.
