• Yes the device is unlocked so you can pretty much use it with any carrier. Sometimes the phones have reception issues because each company uses different signal bands but that varies from phone to phone. I know just check with the carrier your trying to take it to first. The phone can be used in mexico as well dont know how well the reception will be though.

• If your visiting. You can use the phone in the entire north America region for the regular price. I'm not sure how good service is there though.
