• This is unlocked device and it can work with all carriers in USA. You purchase the phone and then you purchase a service if you do not have one. I'm using it with ATT and all i did was swap the sim card. I get LTE but i do not get VolTE or WiFi calling. VoLTE and WiFi works only with ATT branded phones for their service. I think T-Mobile doesn't require T-Mobile branded device to get on their WiFi calling or their VoLTE. Not sure about Verizon or Sprint.

• Yes you can. But you'll have to pay full price for the phone thrugh BestBuy

• No. This unlocked device can not be subsidized through AT&T and can only be used as a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) activation.
