This is a great question, Sue. This device is compatible with T-Mobile and there is a battery included with the phone as well as a power adapter. The SIM card is not included with the phone. The warranty with Best Buy is 1 year for parts and labor, this is the same with Samsung. I hope this helps and have a great day.
