Sorry, does Unlimited mean unlocked? I can only answer for unlocked. That is what I bought. I pulled the sim card out of my old Verizon Motorola Maxx, plugged it into my new S8 and that was it. I didn't change the service provider, Verizon, and no activation fee was involved. Insert sim card and Go. I didn't change anything, still have Backup, visual voicemail, etc. As far as Verizon is concerned, I still have the same service as before.
