“Will this phone work with different SIM cards? E.g. if I use my AT&T sim card whilst in the US and then my international SIM card whilst in the UK? Also what is the difference between activate today and activate later?”

to your first question, I understand that you can do as you suggest - switch SIM cards depending on the country you are in.
