• Best Buy activated our phone but there was a $30 activation fee on our Sprint bill

• If you buy the phone full price you will not have an activation fee on the Sprint network. I prefer to buy outright so Sprint doesn't make extra money from me.

• Activation fees are never included in the cost of the phone. Best Buy does do the activation for you and the fee is automatic through sprint billing.

• The activation is super easy. Best Buy will give you a small hand out with the instructions. I have Sprint and I was done in minutes.
