i bought the S8 yesterday and( it was 23.75 a month got $150.00 off, well today it was even lower 21.75 so went back to BB and they gave me a$50.00 price adjustment..you can't beat their customer service dept.

It showed the monthly charge at $15.61 When I got my confirmation, it said my monthly charge would be $17.50. I attempted to contact Best Buy, but wait time is in excess of 40 minutes. Not cool. No live chat on their website. I am beyond upset. It's still a great price, yeah, I know....but it's the principal. If you advertise something for a certain price, that's the price that should be honored. If the price is adjusted by Verizon, or BB, the customer should be given the option to cancel the order or say it's okay to change things from the original order. Just sayin'....

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced the price go from $15.40 to $17.50 a month on the Verizon plan, sales person said the price was going to be the same ($15.40) till Dec 2nd since it was on the circular in Levittown NY.

Order went thru didn't cancel til next day. So reordered using another card. Then problem with Verizon. I had to go to srore. By then it was over. Why do you think I preordered? Not happy. !!!
