• Yes. I just got the black Friday deal with Best Buy. Great deal and I'm saving $40 a month by not having to upgrade my plan to unlimited!

• Yes. No need to change your current plan. Call Verizon to verify. Don't talk to the sales people. They're paid comission so they're more interested in stuffing their pockets than helping you keep more money in your pockets.
