• Definitely get Geek Squad plan. You can either pay for it all up front or monthly (what I did for about 11 a month). It covers more things than Sprints (including theft or lost) and has a lower deductible. Well worth the extra dollar a month from Sprint's plan.

• The Insurance plan is better with Best Buy there are 3 different choices with Sprint there's only one . With Sprint it's included in your payment. I went with Best Buy where I purchased the phone.
