There is a noticeable difference in performance from the note4 to the s8. You can see this evident when you have many apps open at the same time and are switching between them. I also found the wireless A.C. to work faster not he s8 as well as have more range.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Recently upgraded from Note4 to GS8+. The Note did the job without slowness. The GS8+, in the best way I can describe it, is a modern update that is familiar and similar but yet very leading edge. It is all about looks and feel and function. The processor speed, seriously, never came to mind in the decision. It is just not any sort of an issue to be concerned about.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went from a note 4 to the s8+. I liked the Note 4 much better. I noticed no difference in performance. The Note 4 is a much sturdier design. It is slightly wider or maybe it just seems so because it doesn't have the edge screen. Either way, the flat area is bigger and it was much easier to type without error on the Note 4. The s8+ is the only cell I have been disappointed with and regretted buying. See my review on the s8+ to learn more. I hope this helps!
