A:AnswerThis is no lease; you purchase and own the phone at the end of 24 months. There is a warranty for defects, but you are on you own for damage if no insurance protection.
A:AnswerBest Buy gave me a list of Verizon stores near me that are certified to replace screens and back glass onsite... at 1/2 the cost of the replacement deductible...without voiding the warranty. I hope I don't need it but it's good to know where to go. There may be the same listing for other providers, if it matters.

A:AnswerI upgraded my Verizon through best buy. Everything remains the same on your plan except they add that monthly fee of $19 for your phone to your bill. It will be on your bill for 24 months until the phone is paid off. Verizon will also charge you one time upgrade fee.
A:AnswerYes, when you buy it they add the full net after discount cost to your contract as if you where going to make the reduced monthly payments, you can then make a one time payment equal to the remaining balance in full. Just make sure when you make the payment you specify that the payment is to be used to pay off the balance owed on the phone.
