Does the phone come with bloatware and the att logo? null

unfortunately yes.. there are ways to rid of some of them. I turn off so they don't run in the background. I did find some unexpectedly useful. It's just how the industry is.

It does not come with an ATT logo externally, however when you start it up it will have the ATT start up and ATT bloatware

All carriers will include their own specific apps as normal. Some may be uninstalled some may be disabled some may not.
