“I preordered S8+ at Best Buy was told to reserve my VR at Samsung.com/us/promotions but i find no place to do that. Only way was to preorder another phone. Anyone got the answer? How do we order the VR when preordering phone through Best Buy ?”

• I know there was a time limit to submit the claim. I claimed the promotion through the samsung app but going to the promotion padlge on samsung.com should have worked.
