“If I buy the Samsung Galaxy S8 online today, then do I have to bring the phone (new and old) in to get it activated? OR can I buy it today and pick it up tomorrow in the store?”

I picked my phone up several days after I ordered it online. At the store, they give you a booklet on how to activate it, all, at home. with a number to call if you have issues.... very simple.

Please try again later.No you get instructions with it that tell you how to activate it if you get it shipped directly to your home. if you pick it up at the store then you can bring your old phone to make it faster and for them to copy everything over for you manually if you need them to.
