• Whose service does this company use? If you buy an unlocked phone, you can use anyone's service. If you buy an AT&T or T-Mobile phone, you have to use a GSM carrier. If you buy a Verizon or Sprint phone, you have to use a CDMA carrier. Hope that helps.
