• Best Buy always takes trade in on good condition products, however, the trade in value can vary, and is dependent on a visual inspection of the device. There is a link at the bottom of the website where you can put in your phone information and they will give you an estimate of the trade in value, however, keep in mind that the value they give is only an estimate, and depending on the condition of the phone, and the market resale value, it may be change.
