The customer service you get at best buy is far superior than at verizon and the geek squad protection plans are far better. I just bought a tablet and even though it's pre paid I still could get it insurance

The difference for me was that Verizon would not give me 300 off like Best Buy. The order experience online was ridiculously easy and awesome !!!! The nest part was that I am able to make monthly payments on the phone just like if I purchased the phone directly from Verizon !!! Two year monthly payments on a 500 dollar S8+
