• Depends on your carrier. I know Verizon charges 30 dollars per activation of new phones. Not sure about the rest.

• After I bought my new Samsung s8 I called Verizon and they waived the activation fee.

• Yes, but that's through the carrier, not BB. A one time activation fee. Will show up on your bill.

• yes, there are always activation fees for all carriers. the charge is coming from your carrier not bestbuy.
