If you do not want a cell phone plan, perhaps you should look at an unlocked version. When I log into the AT&T this is what is says: There are two ways to pay your installment plan. •Pay to upgrade (if eligible) Pay the remaining amount to upgrade your device. Be sure and choose to upgrade to your new device after payment to avoid further installment charges on your old device. •Pay off your installment plan Pay off your entire installment plan with one payment. Your payment can’t be reversed online after you submit it. Remember to pay your monthly service bill by your due date. Want to continue with this installment plan payment?
