T-Mobile service & activation not available from Best Buy. They dropped/discontinued selling/providing T-Mobile years ago. (They may still provide/sell some MVNOs or leased carriers/services that work on T-Mobile network; not T-MOBILE Mobile or Metro By T-Mobile (MetroPCS).).
