• This would be something that will be handled easier if you go into your local Best Buy store, but basically what happens is you order the phone, and when it asks if you want a new number or to bring a number over, you put in the number you want ported from T-Mobile. Once you pick up the new phone and it has been activated on Verizon, there is a website you go to, where you enter the activation information, and once they confirm your account, then will send you a prepaid card with the 'cash back'.
