It's quite possible that for LTE it works in both USA and Europe, as this phone has plenty of bands available. Some of the most common bands in USA are PCS 1900MHz, AWS (asymmetric 2100MHz/1700MHz), 2500 and 700. In Europe might go on 2100MHz and 900MHz. You can check on Wilkipedia for LTE frequency bands and in the Carriers you might be using for more information.
