Yes this can all you have to do is go to your bluetooth, and look up not with you. Then the map view.

Feom what i have tested and seen reviews of-yes. If its away from yer phone it will sense samsung devices near it and use as a signal to track dwvice. Now if you are in apple headquarters and no-one has a samsung yer screwed lol

Yes, but its not a good option because it notifies people if there is a trcker following them. So if they got that notification when they for example stole your car then they would be able to deactivate the tracker.
