This product does exactly what I want it to do! Read the manual to set it up even though it is pretty intuitive and quick to do. I really like the history function within the menus where you can go in and see where the item has been over specific calendar dates. I don't like losing items. I do lose myitems. I wish I got better keeping my items. I AM trying. Whenever I do screw up, it's good to have a product like this on hand. I really don't think I'll win any kind of raffle for a big Best Buy gift card to submit this review, but I do believe that anyone on the fence about this product should know that it's pretty cool. I really wish that the product was louder because I think that sometimes you might lose an item in a noisy environment and then you want to be able to hear the tag alert sound when you're trying to get closer and find it. Still, it's okay and I don't want to return it.

Love them.. they are small and fit easy where you need them. The battery last long unless you keep them in the cold. But is a easy replacement if you need to

The Galaxy SmartTag2 has been very reliable and easy to use. Setup with the Samsung SmartThings app was quick, and tracking works accurately, especially when paired with a Samsung phone. After my last tracker went out I looked to upgrade. This has to be the best one I've tried, they are extremely accurate and the battery on my last one lasted years, all through highschool and undergrad. I keep one on my keys, bookbag, and even dufflebag for when I travel.

I’ve used this regularly for quite a while now, and it’s been extremely helpful. I mainly use it to keep track of everyday items I tend to misplace, and it has saved me a lot of time and frustration. Setup was straightforward, and it works exactly as advertised. The tracking has been reliable, the app is easy to use, and I like that I can quickly locate my items without any hassle. Battery life has been solid, and I haven’t had any connectivity issues. It’s one of those products you don’t think much about until you realize how often you rely on it. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants an easy, dependable way to keep track of their things.

The design is small and sleek. I keep one in my bacpack and another in the sling dag I daily drive. The device pairs easy and ypu have access through the Samsung SmartThings app. Tracking works well, and there are a plethora of sounds you can setup for a ring tone.

Love this tracker, there's no monthly fee. That is the best part, works well and small enough to hide it on the item with out the thief noticing it. Would be even better with a magnet.

First time using this product. I purchased that device to keep track of my expensive travel bag in case it was lost or misplaced at the airport. Having this added security provides comfort knowing that i can find my bag and electronic valuables if I or the airport misplaces it. The easy of setup and user friendly interface allows me to easily keep track of my luggage. This reduces that extra anxiety during the travel process so you can better enjoy your trip to that special destination. I highly recommend this product and i will personally be purchasing more devices to keep up with everyday items i tend to misplace.

It was so easy to set up and works like a charm. I used it over the Thanksgiving holiday in a very crowded airport and was able to locate my bag within just a couple of moments. Thanks!

Excellent samsung smarttag. The ramge one this one is far better than the predecessor amd it has UW connectivity so that it can be found without making noise. It also has a button wich has sooo many functions that even that apple airtag does not have. Overall this is an excellent upgrade from the previous samsung smarttag and probably the best Bluetooth tracker on the market!

Reminds me not to forget my keys behind. Looks great and works good. Can also purchase single one. Must have gadget with android phones even if you don't forget very often. Good range.

I always misplace or drop my wallet, then I consider getting this Samsung tag, I was skeptical about how uselful it would be for me, but it turned out to be a complete time saver, less worries for me thinking and looking where I've left my wallet, I can easily locate it, its compact size and having a beeping sound is a plus, good price too.

We love these and have them on every set of keys for person who uses a samsung phone. It has saved us many times from losing our keys.

Look fam my story is simple and very common one. I lost my house keys and my mailbox keys. I looked for them for 2 weeks. It was a month of full snow , so I was hopeless. I remembered I had a copy with a family member. Having a Samsung ecosystem for years, I had to buy this little powerful device. And when I tell you it's amazing what it can do. So next time this happens, I will say I found my keys.
