• The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 does have a microSD card slot, and based on the manufacturer specs, it should have 3G and 4G connectivity. I hope that helps!

• I believe this is an android thing not Samsung. After android 4.0 they stop APS from moving to SD card. Not sure why.
