I believe Samsung has an adapter that allows a USB Flash Drive to be connected. You might also look at a"OTG" cable that will connect to the Tablet. I have one for my XOOM Tablet, works with an Android App.

There are no USB ports so, unless you are able to locate an adapter, the answer is no.
